I can't believe your comment is in my spam box.

Yeah I agree mate. I don't want to do something that I know I'm not good at. It's just like killing myself.

Yep. I'm currently working on a deal with Steven Walk (SiteDeal's co-founder) to better promote his marketplace. :-)

Shame buddy, it could have been fun. Likewise I was asked... didn't have the time. WF's sites for sale section looks decent, as does sitedeal.

This was a good decision. I've watched over a dozen people in the last 3-4 years try to create the "new sitepoint" and every single one of them hasn't picked up any traction.

WarriorForum can compete because it's just a simple addon to what they already have. It's actually a really smart decision for them.

However to try and go head on against sitepoint and starting from scratch would be like trying to go head on with a semi-truck while riding a bicycle!

Instead people need to create a niched marketplace, like cpa affiliate sites marketplace or blogs for sale marketplace.

Twitter won against facebook because they took one small part of facebook and then made it their whole focus point and specialty.

The guy who does the same for website marketplaces is going to win big!
